How it all began

Our Story

December, 2022

How We Met

Out at the Stand Hotel Yeppoon on boxing day, Lily got off the plane from Sydney and headed straight to the Strand where Hayden and Lily first crossed paths.

January, 2023

The First Date

After meeting for the first time, Hayden ended up going to Bali a week later. Hayden and Lily stayed in contact the whole time and eventually Hayden suggested the next time they were to see eachother should be for a seafood dinner date.

October, 2025

The Proposal

On a trip to Hawaii Hayden decided to pop the knee and propose at the top of a 1000+ stair hike. After 3 failed attempts because the photographers were too quick and the ring getting stuck in Hayden's pocket, Lily said yes!

We love colour far too much for an all-black room. So take it as your cue to have fun with your outfit — bright, pastel, floral, bold, anything goes. The only colour we're banning for the day is black. 🖤🚫

Anything but black! Any colour that makes you feel great — smart-casual to semi-formal. Just please, no all-black outfits, we want the photos full of colour.

Due to number limitations, we don't have any plus ones at this stage.

No kids are allowed at this event.

There is street parking near the venue, but try to get a lift if possible!
